Weight 150.4 lbs P3 Day 22

Menu: egg whites, strawberries,shrimp, broccoli, sf chocolate pudding.


It's a long day going to a seminar tonight until 10pm and feeling tired now. I feel really great though because I'm wearing size 6 pants wow that feels great.

It's been way to long..

Weight: 150.6

I've really splurged a lot the last couple days, but I attribute that to the time when woman have the least amount of will power. I went to a Graduation party today and had a great time I even had 1 cocktail. Overall really great weekend I think Mike had a really great B-day and even with my cheats i only gained 1 pound.

Menu: Melba toast w/ sugar free apple butter, 2 egg whites with provolone cheese and a small piece of chicken breast 3 cups of coffee today which is unusual.

Feeling really good today I can't believe since I got back from vacation I've almost lost all the weight I put on. Thank Goodness!!

Weight : 154.4 P3 Day 7

I was on vacation from 5/5/10 til 5/9/10 we went to Negril Jamaica and I didn't follow P3 at all I ate sugars and starches and paid for it. Yesterday when I weighed myself I was 159.5 I about died, but it was because I completely went from P2 to eating and drinking poorly on my vacation. This morning I was down 5 lbs so that was really good and I've been eating really good pretty much all P2 foods just more calories. I can't beat myself up I just have to get right back in the game.
