So on Friday July 30 I weighed 141.8 then I was rogue all weekend. I don't know why I just couldn't stay strict so i gained 2 lbs (ugh) I was really good today so I am bound and determined to be really good this week and be done by the weekend and ready for phase 3 no matter where I'm at on Friday that will be day 32 and I really really hope like 6 lbs and in the 130's.
