I was really rogue and had a girls weekend with alcohol and food and totally went off P2 so I really paid big for that mistake. A 7 lb gain I went right back on strict eating on Monday and I've already lost 5 lbs so that is good however now I have to stay on Phase 2 for longer hopefully only 1 more week but we'll see I may have to go to 40 days. But its my fault if you play you pay.<br />

Sorry its been a couple days but life just gets busy doesn't it? My sister in law had her baby she is 2 lbs 11oz she is so little and beautiful. I feel like Tom is just around the corner so that bum's me out because i am so close to my goal weight and I really only want to do 26 days but if I have to I will do a little bit longer to get to where I want and keep it off and then not do Phase 2 ever again. We are having a pot luck at work on Thursday and I'm trying to figure out what to bring.<br />

I can't believe it even with a little bit of cheating last night I lost weight. I have been so unbearable this week I'm just super moody and it seems like every month around this time (hormones) I'm feeling a lot better today than I was yesterday, I was just super tired. We're going to a bbq tonight at a good friends house from work, so that should be a lot of fun. Even though I can't have a drink after a long week. It's ok though because I'm gonna look and feel great in Aruba in November.<br />

I'm feeling really good today! A couple things I've been adding back that I was slipping up on using baby oil instead of lotion, drinking Apple Cider Vinegar, Drinking Green Tea. I think these are all things that really maximize your weight loss and I swear when I'm in Phase 2 of this diet I clean more and have more energy. We are having a potluck at work on Friday so that might be a little tough, but I've had to deal with that on previous rounds also. I do feel a bit more rogue this round because I indulge in cocoa crack everyday. What is really exciting though is when friends and family start the protocol and lose weight and are feeling the same way I am I love it.<br />

It's been a few days since I've been able to find the time to come on here. This week has been more difficult because I started TOM yesterday and that is the reason for sweet cravings and the slow losses. We had a work bbq at the house yesterday and all that food sitting around tempted me, so I will admit I totally cheated yesterday with way more protein. It is a new day today and I would really like to set a goal of losing 5 lbs this week, which I believe is attainable. I felt 100% better than I was yesterday thankfully, because I was just feeling so emotional and drained. I think my problem was that I wasn't eating my fruits so my natural sugars were getting too low. Whatever it was I'm just happy that I don't feel like a alien invaded my body anymore. We went to a family bbq today so I brought my own fish and spinach just in case there would be nothing there for me to eat. It was a lot of fun. Some of the people there I hadn't seen in a while and they were complimenting how great I looked, so that felt really nice. <br />
