Toodles

So on Friday July 30 I weighed 141.8 then I was rogue all weekend. I don't know why I just couldn't stay strict so i gained 2 lbs (ugh) I was really good today so I am bound and determined to be really good this week and be done by the weekend and ready for phase 3 no matter where I'm at on Friday that will be day 32 and I really really hope like 6 lbs and in the 130's.

Staying longer in Phase 2

Weight : 144.6 lbs

I was really rogue and had a girls weekend with alcohol and food and totally went off P2 so I really paid big for that mistake. A 7 lb gain I went right back on strict eating on Monday and I've already lost  5 lbs so that is good however now I have to stay on Phase 2 for longer hopefully only 1 more week but we'll see I may have to go to 40 days. But its my fault if you play you pay.
Menu: Drops, Strawberries, Chili and asparagus, green tea, Multi Vitamin, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cocoa Crack

I'm losing Again. Very Low Calorie Day 23, Round 3

Sorry its been  a couple days but life just gets busy doesn't it? My sister in law had her baby she is 2 lbs 11oz she is so little and beautiful. I feel like Tom is just around the corner so that bum's me out because i am so close to my goal weight and I really only want to do 26 days but if I have to I will do a little bit longer to get to where I want and keep it off and then not do Phase 2 ever again. We are having a pot luck at work on Thursday and I'm trying to figure out what to bring.

Friday Yippee!!!!

I can't believe it even with a little bit of cheating last night I lost weight. I have been so unbearable this week I'm just super moody and it seems like every month around this time (hormones) I'm feeling a lot better today than I was yesterday, I was just super tired. We're going to a bbq tonight at a good friends house from work, so that should be a lot of fun. Even though I can't have a drink after a long week. It's ok though because I'm gonna look and feel great in Aruba in November.

Weight: 144.6 lbs Very Low Calorie Day 9- Round 3

I'm feeling really good today! A couple things I've been adding back that I was slipping up on using baby oil instead of lotion, drinking Apple Cider Vinegar, Drinking Green Tea. I think these are all things that really maximize your weight loss and I swear when I'm in Phase 2 of this diet I clean more and have more energy. We are having a potluck at work on Friday so that might be a little tough, but I've had to deal with that on previous rounds also. I do feel a bit more rogue this round because I indulge in cocoa crack everyday. What is really exciting though is when friends and family start the protocol and lose weight and are feeling the same way I am I love it.

Menu:
7:45am- Drops
9:15am- 1/2 Grapefruit
11:30am- Ground grass fed no hormones organic Beef with Brussel Sprouts
2:30 pm- Green Tea
3:30pm- Cocoa Crack
4:00pm- ACV cocktail
6:30pm Bison and Onions
7:00pm Chocolate Mug Cake (bad girl)
